Joaquín Fernández Giambruno is a Partner of Fernández Secco & Asociados in the areas of Consulting, Finance, Tax and Startups. He is part of the Firm's team since 2013. He graduated as a Certified Public Accountant from UDELAR University of Uruguay in 2014.
In 2021, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from the IAE Business School of the Austral University of Buenos Aires.
He specializes in tax advice, tax planning, accounting, labor law and social contributions. He provides advice on investment projects, international treaties and the Uruguayan tax system.
He has extensive experience in advising in the incorporation of companies, corporate reforms and restructurings and consulting in administrative management and quality processes, as well as in outsourcing of administrative processes.
His areas of expertise include advising the Agriculture and Livestock sector, Transportation Services, Trading, Retail, Technology, the Construction Industry and the Pharmaceutical Industry.
