Agustina Fernández has been part of the Intellectual Property team of Fernández Secco & Asociados since 2008.

She studied at the University of Montevideo, graduating in 2007 as Doctor in Law and in 2011 as Notary Public. She registered as an Industrial Property Agent in 2008 before the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining of Uruguay.

She is President of the Uruguayan Association of Intellectual Property Agents (AUDAPI), President of the Latin American Subcommittee of Trademark Office Practices of the International Trademark Association (INTA), National Delegate of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI). She is a member of the Uruguayan Bar Association, the Uruguayan Association of Notary Publics, and the Argentine Association of Intellectual Property Agents (AAAPI).

He is an assistant professor of the postgraduate course on Intellectual Property at the University of Montevideo.
Agustina is also a member of Organización de Mujeres Empresarias del Uruguay (OMEU) and works as a lawyer and notary public of the Technological High School ANIMA, aimed at young people from underprivileged backgrounds.
